The common areas of the hotel were beautiful. Everything was clean, updated, and smelled fantastic. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The one time I needed something in my room, it was after 10 PM. I called the front desk and within a couple minutes, they were at my door. They seemed genuinely pleased to help me. We enjoyed the availability of Ruth’s Chris as room service as well. Having a larger family, we stayed in two adjoining rooms for the duration of our trip.

Everything about the hotel was great. Kids loved the pool and the room was big enough for us and kept us comfortable. Very clean hotel throughout lobby/hallways and in room also. Pool was nice and the gym was also nice and kept clean

Staff was service oriented - especially the attendant at the breakfast bar. Very comfortable room/bed. The common areas of the hotel were impressive.

Everything the hotel, the staff, the breakfast (awesome), the room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. There is all kinds of things you can do there in Greenville SC. I went there for my 70th birthday and got to go downtown and the Renaissance fair. It truly was a day to remember. Thank you Crown Plaza an IHG Hotel and booking.com for helping me. I'll go back again.
